Golden Pat Ruel is a retired NFL coach who helped pave the way for the Seattle Seahawks’ landslide victory in the 48th Super Bowl (1993). Other NFL teams he worked with include the Detroit Lions, Green Bay Packers, Buffalo Bills, and New York Giants.
