The Comal County Courts at Law also hear traffic and other appeals from Justice and Municipal Courts. Additionally, the Comal County Courts at Law and the District Courts have concurrent jurisdiction over all family law cases, such as divorce, modifications and adoptions.

Maps and Directions to County Offices. The Historic Courthouse houses the County Judge, County Commissioners, and Emergency Management. To get to the Courthouse, take the Lake McQueeney exit off I-35. Travel north on Seguin Street to the Plaza in the center of town. The Courthouse is on the northeast side of the Plaza.
