Newly revealed details from an arrest warrant describe the final moments of a California fire captain found fatally stabbed in her California home last week. Authorities allege her wife carried out the killing before fleeing across the border to Mexico.

Authorities asked for public help in their quest to find Yolanda Marodi, suspected of fatally stabbing wife Rebecca Marodi in her Ramona home.

Marodi, 49, a captain with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (Cal Fire), was found at her Ramona residence with multiple stab wounds on the night of Feb. 17, after deputies responded to a call for an assault with a deadly weapon, according to a statement from the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office.

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — New details have emerged as the San Diego County Superior Court has issued an arrest warrant for Yolanda Marodi, the wife of Cal Fire Captain Rebecca Marodi, who was killed at her Ramona home on Feb. 17.

San Diego County Sheriff’s investigators believe they know who killed 49-year old Cal Fire Captain Rebecca Marodi.  They just have to find that person.
