The West Midlands will receive £171 million to repair roads across the region and make them safer, the government have revealed.

Libby Mae’s Little Angels has now been awarded £500 by Taylor Wimpey North Midlands after being announced as the winner of the housebuilder’s community chest competition.

The Environment Agency has said "great progress" is being made on the flood defence scheme on Beales Corner in Bewdley.
