Below Deck alum Chef Ben Robinson shared a life update as fans wondered if he was still engaged to Kiara Cabral. As Monsters and Critics previously reported, the couple announced their engagement in May 2023.

Ben and Kiara announced their engagement in May 2023 after four years of dating. The chef previously dated his Below Deck Season 4 castmate Emily Warburton-Adams, and he was at one point linked to Below Deck chief stew Kate Chastain and Below Deck Mediterranean chief stew Hannah Ferrier.

Chef Ben, who appeared on Seasons 1 through 4 of Below Deck and on Season 1 and Season 4 of Below Deck Mediterranean, proposed to Kiara in May 2023. The couple had been together for four years before deciding to take the next step. Ben popped the question while the two were on a trip together to Italy.
