“Mental health professionals provide critical care to first responders after an active shooter situation,” Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services Commissioner Jackie Bray said in a statement. “The skills learned at these trainings give them important tools to help reduce the emotional trauma of those affected by these incidents.”

Moody Police say a 12-year-old has been arrested for a threat against Moody Middle School. Police received multiple reports on Sept. 23 of Snapchat images going around indicating a threat of gun violence.
