The dismembered body of a 29-year-old woman was found stored in a refrigerator at a house in Malleswaram area of Bengaluru on Saturday. According to the police, the body of the victim, Mahalakshmi, was chopped into over 30 pieces,

In a case which is starkly similar to Shraddha Walker's brutal killing by her live-in partner Aftab Poonawalla in 2022, the 26-year-old woman's dead body was found chopped in at least 30 pieces and kept inside a fridge in an apartment in Vyalikaval locality of Bengaluru,

The body was first discovered by the landlord of the victim who entered the flat and opened the fridge to check the source of the foul stench that had been pervading the neighbourhood for over two days.
