The video above aired on Jan. 4, 2025. EAST HARLEM, Manhattan (PIX11) – A man was accused of stabbing and killing a 17-year-old boy in Harlem on Friday, according to the NYPD. It happened near East 108th Street and 2nd Avenue around 6:15 p.

Saul Sanchez, 62, allegedly fatally stabbed Carlos Rivas in the chest and lower abdomen, authorities said. Rivas, 17, later succumbed to his injuries at Harlem Hospital. The third man, 22, was stabbed in the left arm and Sanchez, 62, sustained a cut on his forehead. Both men were taken to local hospitals in stable condition.

Three people were attacked Friday in East Harlem, including a 17-year-old male, who died from his injuries, according to the NYPD. The incident happened shortly after 6 p.m. at 108th Street and 2nd Avenue when the NYPD found three males with injuries,

The stabbing arose from a dispute over who was first in line, an official said. A suspect was arrested and charged with second-degree murder.

A 36-year-old man, identified as a USPS worker, was found with multiple stab wounds on Lenox Avenue in Harlem.
