Nebraska Gov. Jim Pillen will be delivering his annual State of the State address Wednesday morning. The speech is scheduled to start around 10 a.m. at the State Capitol in Lincoln. You can watch Pillen's address in the video player above.

State Sen. Loren Lippincott of Central City introduced a bill to move Nebraska to a winner-take-all system in the Electoral College. In a statement, Pillen said he was “grateful” to Lippincott “for his leadership in restoring winner-take-all.”

Gov. Pillen will speak at 10 a.m. in Lincoln. He has recently voiced his support on a number of bills introduced in the legislature, including the protection of children online. T
