Rewind: Vancouver Canucks Recaps From December 30, 2024 To January 5, 2025 The Canucks were dominated from an analytics perspective during their loss to the Canadiens. Montréal held a 24-13 even-strength scoring chances advantage while also winning the even-strength high-danger scoring chances battle 8-6.

Monday night saw an all-Canadian matchup take place between the Montreal Canadiens and the Vancouver Canucks at the Bell Centre. The Canadiens came into the game on a hot streak as they had just won four of their last five and seven of their last 10.
