There was good news and bad news for the Sacramento Kings on Saturday as two of their best players continued to recover from injuries. Malik Monk and Domantas Sabonis have both been cleared for on-court activity, but neither will be available when the Kings visit the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday at Intuit Dome in Inglewood.

Sacramento Kings star Domantas Sabonis received an injury update before Monday's matchup against the Dallas Mavericks.

Sacramento Kings center Domantas Sabonis will be out indefinitely while nursing a Grade 1 left hamstring strain, the team announced. According to the Kings, an update on Sabonis' condition will be provided in one week.

Sacramento Kings star center Domantas Sabonis is expected "to seek clarity" about the organization's plan at the end of the 2024-25 season, according to Sam Amick and Anthony Slater of The Athletic. Per Amick and Slater,

"Sacramento Kings forward-center Domantas Sabonis underwent and MRI today. The MRI confirmed that Sabonis suffered a grade 1 left hamstring strain after exiting the game during the first quarter against the Houston Rockets on Saturday, March 1. Sabonis will be listed as out and an update will be provided in (1) week," the Kings announced.

Things are getting a little uneasy in Sacramento. Just when it seemed like the Kings had finally turned a corner, their $140.3 million star, Domantas Sabonis, is looking for answers—the same way De’Aaron Fox did before his departure.
