Lady Gaga is returning to Rio de Janeiro for a concert seven years after having to cancel her performance at Rock in Rio after being hospitalized in Brazil for "severe physical pain."

Scheduled for May 3, the event will launch the Todo Mundo no Rio initiative, which aims to highlight economic benefits of entertainment in Rio de Janeiro
