Ice cream brand Ben & Jerry's said in a lawsuit filed Wednesday that parent company Unilever has silenced its attempts to express support for Palestinian refugees, and threatened to dismantle its board and sue its members over the issue.

The independent board of Ben & Jerry’s has accused its parent company, Unilever Plc, of silencing it on advocating for Palestinian rights, in contravention of an agreement between the two.

In escalation of long-running tensions, the ice-cream brand says its parent company blocked statements in support of Palestinian rights.

The Nets are exceeding expectations right now, but what would elevate this team even more would be Simmons' willingness to shoot more. Of course, his ability to find anyone on the floor has been a major part of Brooklyn's offensive success, but imagine what the offense would look like if Simmons was more aggressive in looking to score.

Prior to Wednesday's matchup against the Boston Celtics, the Brooklyn Nets ruled out Ben Simmons and Dorian Finney-Smith due to their injuries.
