I have half a day (approx 4 hours) on my departure date from Jeju this April and was wondering how much a taxi would cost me from my hotel in downtown (near Black Pork Street) to O'Sulloc Tea Museum. I didn't see any luggage storage at the museum. But if your luggage is not that big, you can carry around inside the museum, as the museum is not as formal as other normal museum. Its really small and have a cafe connect to the museum, so maybe you can grab a seat there a leave your luggage with people you go with. Hope its helpful.
