The vast majority of the rides are outdoor. There are some inside parts, including games, and the like, but the park is not geared for winter. There is a calendar on their website and you can see that it is closed from Halloween through the winter, with the exception of a couple of weekends during the Christmas season.

The short answer is, “Yes.” They have rides for children ages 2 and up. There is a petting zoo that is ageless and multiple shops to grab something to eat. Check out Groupon before you go.
