If so, you could be in an extended area where the phone is constantly looking for native coverage and using a lot of power. This is normal. WEBJan 22, 2015 · Well after a phone call to verizon tech I kinda know how to use XT9, it's pretty slick. Overall I'm pretty happy with This Kyocera dura XV but it seems to take waaaay longer to charge than my old phone did. I'm going to be buying one of those vehicle chargers for it, wow they are expensive, $30 !

WEBJan 18, 2010 · There is now a new Kyocera dura Xv PLUS on the verizon website, several folks have asked what's the difference between the regular Kyocera Dura xv and the Dura xv plus, the website does not say, but in the picture it looks like the plus has an extra button on the outside , I'm guessing the extra button might be for push to talk ?

Kyocera replaced this phone and the replacement has the same sound quality issues. I called kyocera in San Diego, CA. nobody returns my calls or responds to my emails.
