WEBOct 8, 2017 · try a new charging cord and charger in a new strip or outlet. also, I found that mine wouldn't even charge if I had it on a substandard electrical strip. this is with oem charger and cord. so switch up the charging location. oem brick and cord on direct current and see if that helps anything. If you accidentally drop your phone on the ground, the sensor may get disconnected and it won't be able to see that the battery is warm and ok to charge.
