In the windows display options/Nvidia control panel i only get the option to get 59Hz or 60Hz with HDMI cable. I have a gtx 1660 super graphics card and Ryzen 3600 XT6 core processor.

Press the Menu button on the rear of the monitor, and then select Ambient Lighting. You can change the color of the ambient lighting to match LED lighting on computer, keyboard, and mouse.
