I'm trying to set up a new payment method so I can buy Office 365 but the Country/region box is greyed out and stuck on United States. Also in the settings on my PC the region is set to Australia, which is something that another question said was the answer but it didn't work for me.

WEBNov 17, 2022 · I, too, have had unauthorized charges stating from Microsoft*Store msbill.info show up on my bank account. Duplicate charges with a separate international fee on same day. First two for $1.00 +.03 on 12/27/22 then again on 1/24/23 both for 6.99 + .21. I do not have any subscriptions as my Microsoft acct is through my employer.

To confirm this, sign in to your Microsoft account, and then go to Your info>Edit your personal info. Update the information under Country/region if necessary and check if the issue persists.

WEBI am not sure when this happens or what it is connected to. All I know is if you go to "Control Panel -> Clock, language, and Region -> Change location" then change the "home location:" to your country. You should be able to add the payment method. Now this worked for me and I am guessing this setting is defaulted to the states.
