WEBOct 8, 2017 · try a new charging cord and charger in a new strip or outlet. also, I found that mine wouldn't even charge if I had it on a substandard electrical strip. this is with oem charger and cord. so switch up the charging location. oem brick and cord on direct current and see if that helps anything.
